Leading the Way

I recently accepted a position as Co-Chair of the New York Women’s Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. In that capacity I’ll have the opportunity to offer programming to attorneys and the general public about mediation. If you’ve been following my blog you’ve had the chance to become familiar with the benefits of mediation as an alternative to litigation for resolving conflicts. Over the next year this Committee will invite experienced mediators to share what they know about the process to deepen everyone’s understanding of the way the process works and to increase interest and availability of this game-changing method of communicating. I invite members of the bar and the general public to contact me with any questions they may have about mediation and we develop this year’s programming so that we can offer the information that people want to hear.
